i was walking down the street with smoe groceries and then something hit my head and it was wet and i thought it was raining so i looked up but it was not cloudy and then i saw someone on a roof thrwoing balloons at me and they were filled with water and now my clothes and my wings are all wet and i dropped my groceries and they were laughing when i lfet

why did they do that??
