It's how my power works. If he were in the City and I were looking for him, I'd know where he is. I don't think he can block me, since it's worked before.

Or hurt. He doesn't exactly have a lot of enemies, if someone was after him, it might just be to get to someone else.

But even so, I've located inanimate objects before, there's a good chance I'd be able to get a reading on a corpse, if he was one.
