[this is not a happy nill. her hair and dress are all ruffled, and there's dirt on her face. there are a few thin-looking patches on her wings. her eyes are wide and frightened, it's obvious that she's been crying. she's in the church, curled up on a pew. she's bruised and scratched up. her dress is plain and white, which might strike anyone who

[she makes no answer, just stares]

[ And now she can see Selina looking back. ]

I'm coming over. Okay?

[this lady knows where she is... well, okay. she wasn't planning on moving, anyway.]

ACTION! (and Damian could hop on here?)

[meowminx]

[ Selina has many fast bikes. She takes one to the church, but parks it a block away. Doesn't want the sound to scare Nill. She's dressed in ordinary street clothes for similar reasons. She enters the church cautiously, eyes peeled for company. ]

[at least she knows her own name. nill peeks over the pew at the lady. she still doesn't recognize her, but has an okay feeling. her wings flick weakly.]

[ Selina approaches slowly, finally taking a seat next to her on the pew. She gives her a once-over, looking for injuries. And then reaches out to rest a hand on her shoulder very gently. ]

It's okay, you're safe now.

[xuffasch]

( damian arrives shortly thereafter, bursting into the church. when he sees selina, he stops short and then glances over to nill. )

...are you alright.

[brevipennate]

[nill doesn't move until damian enters the church; then, her head swivels to look at him. there's recollection on her face for just a moment. but it's gone just as quickly, and she's back to staring.]

[meowminx]

[ Selina strokes Nill's hair as she turns to look at Damian. ]

Whatever happened to her... She's in shock.

[xuffasch]

( damian steps a bit closer, but he's not at all sure of how to respond in these situations. he just gives nill another searching look. )

Why are her clothes like that?

[selina's hand feels... nice on her head. it's a comforting gesture. she doesn't really understand damian's question. what's wrong with her dress?]

[ She keeps stroking Nill's hair. And then she remembers something with Danny... ]

Wasn't making things frilly her power or something?

The dresses, yeah. ( thinking rather hard about this, and back to a conversation he had with rapunzel...but then he just shakes his head. he's still hovering a few feet away from the two of them. )

...I'm going to destroy whoever did this.

[purmoncul]

"You and half the city," Sirius says from the doorway. "But I'll happily hold the git down for you, when we find him, and everyone else can wait their turn."

His eyes are on Nill, though, and he makes himself walk in slowly, and give her a smile. No point in scaring her further.

[nill is fine with zoning out of the conversation. she only halfway recognizes these people, anyway. and when sirius enters, all she can do is stare again. she has no idea how they all found this place. it obviously was not as secret as she had thought.]
