[Crap what else could--- Jim jumps at the sound of the door being knocked on. He quickly tries to do some mental math of some kind and gets something way off of two. Of the three of them, it looks like he's the one who has some kind of slightly useful power. What if it's the creep who left the arm out there?]
Uh. Uh. Back bedroom. Go to the back bedroom. [Crap wat do. He doesn't do this superhero thing. He just hangs up his cell phone without saying a word and glances around for some kind of defensive item. Nothing is computing right now.]
No I'll -- maybe it's the police! [ THEY COULD HAVE... BEEN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. RIGHT. Andy lets go of Pam's hand and runs to the door, peering through the peephole before ripping the door open.
I mean, like, he rips it off his hinges. The things that panicking + super strength do! ]
[Jim raises both of his eyebrows at the door being ripped off. Didn't they just replace that? He glances over at Pam for a second before back at the guy at the now-missing door. ]
Super strength? I don't-- [ Well... he looks curiously at the door he's got in hand, and impatiently sets it aside. That's a matter for later, whatever the case may be. He just nods, pointing along with Jim. ]
It's through here. By the window, none of us have touched it. Again. Um, [ Belatedly: ] Pam, Tuna, this is my friend Charlie.
Uh, yeah. Kind of. I think I hung up. [Whoops. His brain is too much mush right now. Shouldn't this be in some kind of movie and, y'know, not real life?]
Yeah, it was, uh, just now and then you showed up. [Unhelpful.]
Well, there's that, [and he's not happy about that either] but it isn't what I meant.
This level of decomposition, lack of blood, the dirt? This thing had been in the ground a while before someone dug it up and left it here. The big question is where did it come from?
[ pam doesn't say anything just yet. she doesn't really know what to say. had the arm been here this whole time? who had even owned this apartment before they'd been here? ]

[He takes a moment to try to collect himself, but it's hard with all the shouting!]

So I guess both of you have superstrength...

Hi. You've already called the police?
[He takes one look at it and knows something isn't right.]

[ pam is not even looking at the arm. what she is doing is folding her sweater up because there's dirt all over it and trying not to...freak out. ]

I dug it up, it, er, it was buried in the window box, there were a ton of crows trying to dig it up. I just wanted to see what the commotion was...
