So guess there's a portal in the men's bathroom at work. If only I knew that sooner. Right. I'm new. Name's Ryan. Just sort of point me in the direction of the nearest bar.

[And then his watch decides to stick to his face. What the hell. Powers. He doesn't look amused.]

No. It really is. The fact that there is a cheap school here is indicative of how really low of a place this is.

[ Charles smiles patiently again and just nods his head. He wonders if there's anything he can do to lift this man's spirits, though he doesn't know him well enough yet and -- sadly -- has already made his own promises to himself not to invade any minds unless permitted. ]

Well, I am sure it is not much, but at least you are no longer there? If it was, ah, as upsetting.
