When I evacuated the City, I wondered if I should stay away. Not-- in the evacuation center specifically, that would have been ridiculous and likely illegal, but just away. Just someplace else. Something like that. And as a result of that uniqueness, the situations that arise around those people, sometimes because of those people, are usually worth seeing.

You could say Lachesis has effectively made The City the eighth wonder of the world.
