[The coordinates Mouse gave were for the front of some small electronics store a couple blocks away from the Porter Tower. She leaned against the front window, one knee up and bracing her katana as she gave it a routine sharpen. Even without voice or video, and even in normal clothing, she would be incredibly easy to spot. After all, someone would have mentioned an import with neon orange hair with the visual appearance of television static.]

Very ready.
[Mouse adjusted her sword before sliding out of the cab. Their destination was clearly the well-lit shop before them, so without further ado walked up to the swing-doors and pushed them open - force enough that both doors nearly aligned perpendicular to the outer wall. Mouse looked over her shoulder with a smile.]

[Mouse gave a vague curtsy in return; it was difficult to pull off properly in leather pants and with no loose fabric to hold, and so the whole gesture was teasing.]
[Once inside, Mouse scanned the menu boards - ignoring the way the kid behind the counter was staring at her hair (and, of course, taking no notice of her sword).]
Uh, sugar? I don't know what any of these flavors mean.

Thankfully, our milkshakes are free of any teeth here.
[ Tony takes this opportunity to approach the poor kid, who is very nervous, and orders the milkshakes. They wouldn't be anything fancy, of course, but they would do. He orders mouse the chocolate mint, and the good old fashioned chocolate for himself. Tony's a classy guy, and with that comes a like for a classic. ]

[In the meantime, she took a moment to scope out the rest of the shop. The place was surprisingly empty for the warm weather, though Mouse didn't mind. The large front windows reminded her of Dot's Diner - which meant in a pinch she could get out quickly with Sword.]

[ Tony paid for the confections (plus a nice tip, of course) and brought the drinks over to the seat Mouse has picked, placing hers in front of her, before taking a seat opposite her. ]
Probably not. There aren't too many things with a real bite around here.

[ Tony watched her with a small smirk on his face, before taking a sip, and lowering the cup to look at her seriously. ]
None of us know much, but I'm privy to a little bit more, if only because I know who brought us here. Or at least, who's claiming to.
We're here because Iron Man has been porting in people left and right to fight crime in this city, so if you didn't have any abilities beforehand, I'd keep an eye out for any signs that you have some.
[Sharpen, sharpen.]

If we're kicked out because of the weapon...
[ Tony waves his hand in an amused motion that speaks more than his words possibly could. ]

I'll behave.

Well then, lets introduce you to a milkshake, then.

Well, what flavors are you used to?

Well, how about we try the chocolate mint, then? That has at least a little bit of a bite.

[Mouse just grins again, clearly teasing]

[Claiming a spot by the window, Mouse relaxed.]
Is there a case where teeth should worry me?
Reply
Probably not. There aren't too many things with a real bite around here.
[ At this, he shrugs, and then laughs. ]
Well, unless we're talking metaphorically.

So tell me, what sort of mess have I landed in? The help files when I got here were anything but.
[She finally took her first sip, and after a moment of wide-eyed surprise, her expression softened into sheer enjoyment.]
This sure would give Dot a run for her profit.

[Another sip; Mouse kept close watch on Tony's face, her eyes narrowing a little.]
I take it you mean something different than "good with a sword" for "abilities."
