WHO: Angie & Pietro
WHERE: The Institute grounds to start, then the Brooklyn Bridge!
WHEN: Hideously backdated to the night of July 3rd, directly after
this train wreck of a conversation.
WARNINGS: They will probably make out.
SUMMARY: Pietro's been kicked out of Wanda's apartment. Angelica feels bad. Also, Pietro confesses his involvement in M-Day to her.
FORMAT: QUICK!
[It's been a full minute since the transmission stopped, and Angelica is still staring slack-jawed at her communicator, unsure what the correct response to what she's just witnessed should be. That was just... horrible to watch. She hadn't caught every word, and parts of the broadcast were obscured due to the forgotten, haphazard nature of it all, but the gist was certainly made clear. Wanda had thrown Pietro out of their apartment, and it was all Angelica's fault.
A wave of panic and guilt sweeps over her as she drops the communicator on her bed and starts rifling through her closet in a flurry, trying to find something appropriate to wear during flight. Pietro may have promised to come see her later, but following this turn of events, she was fairly certain those plans had just been cancelled. She may have spent most of the day curled up in bed, feeling lethargic and weak, but she wasn't about to let Pietro be distraught and upset on his own. It didn't matter how tired she was, or how sick she was feeling, she's got to find him, and quickly.
Finding only a dirty pair of jeans and a hoodie that she knows isn't hers, she dresses hurriedly, and prepares for departure. She doesn't even bother with her wig this time, and she barely remembers to stuff her communicator back into her pocket before she vacates her bedroom and heads outside. All the while, she begins channeling and manipulating the latent microwaves all around her body, and she radiates a steady orange glow, and once she's cleared the door, she takes to the sky, shooting upward in a burst of amber rays.
She has no idea where Pietro is, but at the very least, he should be able to spot her from a fair distance. And it's a better vantage point too, she has a much better view of the city from up high.]
