SUMMARY: Nill moves in with Luke. Luke becomes the guardian of a teenage girl.

He could not sit on his ass while a defenseless mute girl was out in a strange universe without any friends or means of supporting herself. Luke tried helping her by taking her to an orphanage, but she just wound up running back to her church. He compromised that having her live with him wouldn't be so bad. He can watch her more closely, tutor her, and teach her how to defend herself. It helped that Danny liked her too. It could be even good for Luke who still couldn't get over that Jessica was from a distant past and his wife and baby were in another universe.
He was clearing the few stuff he accumulated out of his bedroom and into the living room. He was trying to make the bedroom more...girly for his new roommate. He found that he was given money by the porter lady, so he used it to buy paint supplies and tarp for the bedroom. He got pink (uh), light blue, and yellow--unsure of which one Nill would like.
"'Ey girl," Luke called out, sifting through his shopping bags. "Come over here for a sec'. I need you to see something."
