SUMMARY: The import scientists who've been independently investigating the mysterious fish happenings finally meet up and put their heads together.

The last few days of observations and news reports had done nothing to alleviate Bobbi's suspicions that there was something terribly wrong with the ecology of the harbor. In fact, things were escalating to the point where she could no longer ignore her instincts. This was potentially a catastrophe on a grand scale. She could only hope that she wasn't the only person in the City who was as disturbed by it as she was.
She left the Avengers Mansion early and headed for the waterfront, bringing along with her enough supplies to take some samples of the water, and if necessary, a sample of the fish. She'd been collecting fish bones and samples all week, and this was sort of becoming a daily habit for her.
So she stood at the shore, not foolish enough to actually get in the water, crouching down as she scrawled on a memo pad. She could make all the observations she wanted, but this problem was just too big to solve on her own. She needed some help. She needed other scientists to step up to the plate.
