WHO: Darkrai & Open
WHERE: Outside the 'Porter building
WHEN: After his arrival
WARNINGS: Awkward Pokémon and potential butchering of the English language?
SUMMARY: Darkrai has just arrived! Being a human is... Awkward.
FORMAT: Para to begin with, but anything goes.

His arrival in this strange place had been inconvenient. In the middle of something, something so important that he would do just about anything to be back there now. There was still two enemies that needed to be chased off, one girl that needed his protection. His home needed him, but instead he was in some place without a name. Stuck, in a place he would rather not be. A place that gave him somewhere to stay, though he wasn't sure of where, but that was not home, that was nameless and foreign to him, just as his current for was. Everything was wrong, from his form, to the place and the feel of the air, to his voice and the way he saw the world, not as a spectator, but a human among humans. Though not a single person seemed to fear him here, it wasn't right, for things to be like this. For him to be like this.

With this new form, came new challenges as well. Where he before could merge with shadows and travel undetected, or simply float and fly at high speeds, he now had legs that were hard to manage. His original form had had legs as well, but only when he wished to and only to catch his balance, not to walk with. Humans made it look so easy, to walk, to run, but he found his legs heavy and hard to use, supporting himself by the walls, until he was outside, looking around, though focusing mostly on not tripping.

Starting in one direction, now without anything to support himself on, he moved slowly, one foot in front of the other, ignoring any stares he might be getting. Unknown to him, the fact that he had white hair and almost glowing blue eyes would've gotten him attention anyway, and even more so his unusual ears and his hands. Still, he felt mostly that people were looking at him because of the way he moved, ever so carefully.

Of course, apparently it had not been carefully enough, as he tripped over his own feet, stumbling and then falling, pain shooting through him when he hit the ground, though he didn't even wince, pushing himself up onto his knees. Walking with human legs was a lot harder than it looked. Especially, he figured, when you were a creature that wasn't used to it. Wasn't meant to do so in the first place.
