[ Luck had indeed been on his side today; Harvey had known, waking up this morning, that today would be special. These sorts of dates always were. Even though he had had his trial for that damn double-homicide he'd been so proud of, he'd been in a good mood all the way to the courthouse.
... And out of it. There had been commotion in another room, something about arms laws. Explosions. Leaving in the commotion had been easy, finding a safe house even easier. Smugly, he ran his bad hand over his communicator as he'd clicked it on to spread his cheer, other hand clutched tightly around his coin.
