WARNINGS: Nerdery. Possibly making fun of Tony Stark.
SUMMARY: After work drinks; also, Peter Parker meets his grandboss.

[ Peter walks down the hallway, backpack on his back and keys jingling in his hand. Not for the first time, he's the last one out of the lab he shares with several other Global Dynamics researchers, which leaves him with the job of locking up. It's not a task he minds; as social as Spidey can be, Peter is quite content as a mostly solitary animal, and the nicest thing about clocking in at odd hours the way he does is that he has plenty of space -- literal and metaphorical -- to think in.
Now he's thinking less of the various projects he's left back in the lab than getting pizza for dinner, and settling down in front of Comedy Central reruns (thank God this universe still has Stephen Colbert) for a couple hours before patrol. Sure, it's not the most interesting way to spend a Friday night, but what else does he have to do? ]
