[She can tell that this is definitely someone he enjoys talking about. Nill never met her father (or even knows if she has one), but it's nice to see someone who looks up to theirs so much. She nods, smiling a little wider. Doing what his father does sounds like something a son should do, to her.]

Well. Anyhow. It means that things like this are passable, I suppose.

[She'll take it! And for the record, she likes being with him, too. She doesn't really feel pressured to provide conversation when she's around him. It's a nice change from most people.]
