[ Ted is somewhere inside, eating some more while Booster explores the extravagant hotel. The balcony is spacious with a beautiful view of the City he didn't know he missed until he got ported back. He's not expecting someone to be crying just a few feet away and he feels a little awkward, just leaning against the railing and not doing anything. So, he breaks the ice; ]
