SUMMARY: Vector is new. Starscream is helping. For once. Mostly because he has a thing for shuttles he thinks Vector Knows Science that might be able to get him out of here.

[Starscream lands in an alley nearby, bundled up as much as he can - leather jacket (in his colors!), pants designed to break the wind, knee-high navy blue boots (with a slight heel, shut up, he makes it work), yellow scarf around his face, and a black pilot's hat complete with goggles. It's cold, and he hates cold.]
[He walks inside and looks around for the anachronistically dressed man with the red eyes who looks suspiciously like Alan Rickman.]
