So this is a plot I have threatened for some time, loosely inspired by Silver Age comics.
Loki is going to turn a few blocks of the City into dessert. So, walls will become gingerbread, streets paved with gumdrops, cars made of licorice etc etc. No one is going to be harmed, this is all just silly weirdness you are free to have your character remark upon.
Loki will claim this is an accidental side-effect of trying to escape this dimension, because of how the Porter interferes with powers like that. He will claim this loudly and make a big fuss about figuring out how to fix it, because guys, Loki isn't really that bad, don't listen to Thor. After those two days of weirdness Loki will "figure out" how to dissolve the spell, possibly with the help of other C&C magicians if they want in on this.
TL;DR for the weekend everything is candy.
ETA: The candy is both edible and delicious. Aside from tasting quite good, it's unremarkable. Consuming the candy has no weird side effects. Eating too much is probably unhealthy, and bad for your teeth.
