INVESTIGATION PLOT: NOHoPE
As of this thread, Amanda Waller has hired Vic to investigate NOHoPE, so I wanted to consult with people involved there and plot out how we want this to go.
He'll prolly be consulting with Edward Nygma and Oracle, at least toward the beginning, and he's been told to pay particular attention to Norman Osborn and Harleen Quinzel, so any thoughts either of you guys have on this is particularly useful.
So, if you're faculty or a patient at NOHoPE and want to join in, let me know here and we'll work something out.
I'd especially like to hear from Slade, Crane, and Einstürzen what they're comfortable with him finding out.
