OK, all this talk about journals being deleted and whatnot has even reached me, with my long-standing policy of ignoring LJ and fandom politics. Just in case, can someone recommend the best way to back up LJ entries? I keep all my comment notifications on Gmail these days, which is pretty effective as a backup, but there are some earlier posts - ( Read more... )

I've opened an account over at GreatestJournal as well, just in case...I'd hate to see my flist scatter all over different blog sites. sigh.

Thanks! I've downloaded and it seems like a pretty simple application to use. Unfortunately, every time I try to run it, it tells me the server is not responding. Maybe because thousands of fangirls are busy trying to do the same thing? I'll keep at it.

And I've opened and account over at GJ as well, just in case.
