In some perfect version of reality I'll arrive back here at the end of August and find all my stuff has been carted upstairs and into the new place for me. I wonder what ( Read more... )

I hope you have a great time back in the UK (visiting lots of places, so you can write some more adventures for Ray & Fraser).

It's cold and wet here at the moment, though, so you had better bring some sunshine with you :-)

Thank you! I'm not exactly looking forward to the cold & wet bit, but it will be quite a relief to get away from the extreme heat & humidity we've been having here.

As for Fraser & Ray - we were going to go to Dijon & Besancon to follow in their footsteps, but it turned out to be too complicated. However, we shall be in the Interlaken area, as they were. Maybe all that snowy mountain scenery will get my muses going again!

Hi sweetie, hope all is going well. And hope you'll still be able to communicate occasionally.

Thanks, dear. It's pretty much all in hand now - all I've got to do is pack up the stuff I've been using today, get up in the morning and get in the taxi. And you know me, I'll still be online whenever possible, although you'll have to put up with the usual breaks and crap typing that come with chatting via my phone.

Hope all's well at your end, too. Don't be offended if my journal comments are no more frequent - it's hard work commenting via the phone. It doesn't mean I've forgotten or am ignoring you. Honest!

Big smooches,

C xx
