Sorry, but I can't seem to find the answer to this anywhere. If apps open Feb 1, how long do they remain open?

Open at 12:01 AM Eastern on February 1st, close at 12:01 AM Eastern on the 8th. It's a one week open / one week closed system.

Quick question, but I placed a reserve for a character and set a certain timeline to take her from canon. Is it okay to change the timeline in my reserve to a later point in canon? I've been doing more canon review and would like to include some of the later canon than what I initially placed my reserve for. It's still the same character, though.

Totally fine! Just indicate the new time line on the application itself, and you'll be fine.
