Having looked into the matter, we have decided that there is no need to take action at this time. Hiatusing to deal with real life circumstances, particularly personal tragedies, has always been allowed and will continue to be allowed at this game. As both players in question have been meeting our activity standards, aside from these hiatuses, we feel little reason to penalize them

Anyone can app a sixth character as long as the five they already have pass activity check, basically! Since one of your characters was apped this month, you'll be able to app a sixth one as long as they all pass the upcoming activity check in November.

We hold modstaff and helpstaff applications for the reason any modteam in any game would: an open invitation for qualified candidates to partake in game maintenance. For every application, we gauge availability, experience, trustworthiness, and especially player behavior and history of player behavior to determine who would be a suitable asset to the team, as well as who can be trusted to handle the responsibilities of the position and the mod account. Moderators abstain from voting for applicants if favoritism or personal friendship are preemptively deemed issues, and olesia was no exception. Noodles has been with us practically since the game's inception and not only performs above activity standards, but has maintained her active helpstaff duties even when she had dropped her characters from the game. She is a dedicated and committed player and already a valued asset to the team.

We received very few applications for both positions, and in the case of helpstaff accepted the vast majority of applicants, many of who are not

Hey there! It looks like the tag itself has been created, but sometimes these things don't show up in the list of tags if they haven't been used. It's since been added to her introduction post! When you need a tag for her in the logs comm, it's set up there where you can create the tag yourself. Hope that helps!
