well i think kissing a girl and kissing a guy is the same thing too. kissing is kissing. but you two aren't dating - so you're free to kiss any guy or girl you choose. i'd just reassure him that if you two had been dating that it would not have happened.

i did something similar before but i was dating the guy, got drunk and kissed another guy. go me. anyway - we got over it so you can too!
