crisis_rain PENDINGFlynn looks up to Raven greatly, respecting his ability in combat and other things, but it's mostly because of his time as a knight. Knowing him simply as Captain Schwann, Flynn typically used to accidentally call him by that name instead of Raven, which led to Raven's annoyance and some weird threats. He's since then started calling him Raven instead of Schwann, though it does slip out once in awhile, maybe even on purpose in some occasions in which Flynn is unhappy with the way Raven might handle a situation.
Sometimes, Flynn might look up to Raven as somewhat of a father figure because of his experience, and he really does trust Raven. The thing that really impacted their relationship, which Flynn still has trouble getting over, is when Raven was hallucinating in the forest and almost killed Flynn. Despite how he looks up to Raven, there is some slight fear in Raven and what he's capable of, and it just makes Flynn wonder what he's seen in his time.
But still. Flynn really respects Raven, even though he sometimes wonders what Raven has to hide -- like the deal with Casey.
And come on, he is not into men, dammit. Don't say things like that. That's mean.

[One Piece] PENDINGLuffy is a good friend to Flynn, and Flynn is very grateful to have come to known him during his stay at Luceti. They've had their moments where Flynn has questioned both Luffy's intellect and sanity, but they've also had their moments where they came to each other's aid when they needed it. Flynn may not have been keeping up with Luffy as much as he used to, but Flynn still treasures his friendship with Luffy. Even if Luffy is supposed to be a pirate, and a law-breaker, back in his world, and Flynn is supposed to be a knight who upholds justice. It's a strange thing, really.
Flynn may not be as close to Luffy as he is with Yuri or the others from his world, and vice versa. But he still thinks of Luffy as one of his closest friends. Even if they do have their moments of disagreement which sometimes leads to something tragic, such as the time an experiment's influence caused the two to seriously fight. He still feels guilty about that whole situation, even though they resolved it between themselves. And he still feels guilty about failing him when Luffy asked him to watch over Nami in case something happened.
Still. With all the times Luffy has been kidnapped and sent home and all of the disagreements they have that might lead to a fallout or two, Flynn still enjoys talking to him.

[One Piece] PENDINGFlynn thinks of Nami as a good friend. She's pleasant to talk to, and their conversations are very interesting and Flynn actually learns more about Luffy's world from her than he does from Luffy. He can also see her as sometime who keeps Luffy's shenanigans in check if they get out of hand. And surprisingly, Flynn hasn't seen many of the... erm, "negative" qualities of Nami either, so he has a generally completely positive opinion of Nami.
He has noticed that in the past, she's gotten into a lot of danger and often found himself showing up late to the scene in order to lend a hand, in which he regrets. He's also pretty damn guilty that he wasn't able to keep an eye on her when Luffy asked him to, though that was far in the past. It's not like he can just forget that, though.
Still, Flynn finds her to be a friend and someone interesting to talk to on occasion, and finds that he should really keep in touch with her and Luffy's crew more often.

[BlazBlue] PENDINGFlynn considers Noel to be a very good friend, and sympathizes with her for having superiors in the NOL who aren't what they seem and have betrayed her. She's a sweet lady, and is very nice and Flynn likes the qualities she carries as an officer. He doesn't really know about what happened back home during the events of Continuum Shift, and that she left the NOL, but he would surely be on her side if he heard of them. Regardless, Flynn sees her as a good friend and someone he doesn't mind talking to over the journals or in person.
He also admires her attitude to having a smile and such despite the trials she's undergone, especially after being told what happened in June between her and Hazama since she didn't recall it. As of recent, due to the Valentine's Day experiment, Flynn sees it fit to possibly avoid Noel for awhile. He feels a little awkward around her, and feels that he's indirectly caused her to have a horrible aftermath and such -- and her appearance after the fact didn't help him feel less guilty. Only time will tell when it's proper to really pursue a more active friendship with her.
He also enjoys her cooking, despite what everyone else says about it. Flynn thinks Ragna should allow her to cook more.
