Now before you all go getting angry about the weather I'd like to make a preemptive point. It usually does this at least once per spring around here. If it gets it out of its system now, perhaps it will leave us alone during more critical periods? At least maybe Murphy's law will be less powerful now.

I think that by mentioning Murphy's Law, you may have thwarted any tendancies towards future mercy from that sector. Though it is still a good point...
