The proper action was taken with Elle Bishop after the incident with Libby. Her Warden, having failed to do his job properly, requested a transfer to place her in more capable hands.
The lot of you must learn eventually that sometimes the best thing you can do for these people is to either ask for help or hand them off to the better equipped.

No. I don't think the Master can be reformed. I think he's happy the way he is, and he's got no motivation to ever be otherwise.

What's the point in being a Warden, then, if we can't do anything when things go out of control? What are we supposed to do when the Warden AND the Inmate are out of control? Or, say, sleeping together?
