Thanks to all my friends who have popped up asking whats up, needless to say the outpouring of care is certainly a huge help in the inspiration search. I did have a very strange epiphany sometime in the day or two after the previous post, it went something like this

Lot/Jeff, if anything, I certainly understand how you feel. I've been hesitant to comment much more than wish you well for fear my own bitterness might slip through. When I decided to step back in September it was due to exhaustion and discovering that my hand was in fact broken in several places badly enough that my future fencing capabilities were in serious danger
