After some back and forth, we've arrived at an agreement on the rough sketch, and now she's off doing whatever mysterious artsy things artists do. It still looks like fantasy, but a shade less epic. I'm a pretty intense DIY-er, never mind being a control freak--just ask my family :P I also intend to do my own interior design and formatting using Adobe InDesign.

I suspect that I'll be just as happy with "it looks professional" as "good story"

The digital version will definitely be ready--I'm still up in the air about POD
