To the Luminaire on Wednesday for the first leg of the BBR reunion. Hadn't been there for a long time and they've really pulled out all the stops with those "Don't talk over bands" signs. I'm not sure how I feel about it, but it gets results. Last time I saw Haines play there I was about six rows from the front, and the acoustic Future Generation

oh man, i really hope i can get in on tuesday! sounds ace. i've always loved 'brutality' and 'wonderful life'. i think perhaps 'goodnight kiss' has always been my fave, though.

If indie bands heard 'Der Hölle Rache kocht in meinem Herzen' performed live, surely they would all give up out of shame

I quite like going to Shopping City (on an occasional basis). It reminds me of Doncaster.

On Saturday my friend sent me a text message from Wood Green commenting on the lovely spring weather saying "except that I'm in Wood Green"

I grew up there and remember the days before the Shopping City and it's "Sky City".
