I think I might have a thyroid issue, or depression or something. I have so much to do and feel to unfocused or tired to get a whole lot done (which might just be in my head, I have been doing a lot at work lately, I just have extra workload right now and big events next week and so I'm getting stuff done, just not enough

I'm totally taking it one step at a time, if only because I am lazy. I walk a lot at my job, but I need to fit more in the day, or step it up and do some more strenuous cardio. :)
