Week one on the south beach

I have lost around 9 lbs since I started phase one of south beach. Feeling pretty good, I just need to remember how much better I feel with no 'refined' carbs, I'm rarely super hungry, my stomach doesn't get all big and bloated, and I lose weight easily.
