I think your goals sound reasonable and doable. When we all get together, I'm on board with the healthy eating policy!

If you want I will keep you accountable. Although I'm not very good at playing the bad guy, I am good at supporting and keeping you on track. Keep me accountable too!

I think the best thing to do is track. Even though weight can fluctuate from day to day (even within the day) at least you'll know where you are and it will keep you thinking about the next two lbs to lose.
