Purging fic!
I'm going through some old fic, as one does at the beginning of a year, and since I'll never finish these but I like some parts of them, I'm going to post them here, unfinished, just to finally put the nail in the coffin. :)

Oh Gwen and Merlin! I miss you! I love Gwen's "something you seem to avoid doing," Hee. And just the sweetness and gentleness of the whole thing is lovely and perfect for them.
Airport AU! Oh my goodness, you had me from the very first line with "a tasteful ring, Arthur had made sure." SO Arthur, right off the bat :) Okay, now, hear me out, I don't think you should abandon these! Arthur and Merlin are so cute here! And you have so many words! There's got to be some ao3-friendly way you can link them together with minimal effort. ("Snapshots from the world of hospitality management"?)
I totally think you should post the rain one to ao3, too! Just as it is! It's lovely!

Thank youuuu! I think the long answer as to abandoning the airport one is -- and my ego is showing -- I don't think it would be worth it to post to AO3. It's not complete enough (or the rain one good enough, let's be honest :D) to garner enough attention, and my muse ran out to be able to complete it. So I wouldn't want to post it half-finished and then see it tank in views versus kudoses. XD Plus I don't really want to give the impression that I'm still writing for Merlin (I mean, even though I AM :D) and for it to be the last fic I'm known for in that fandom (on AO3, at least). Right now I'm 100% content for it to be 'His to Keep' :DDD. Again, horrible ego showing! Not to say that I don't believe in the 'write what makes you happy' mentality because I do! But *publishing* it to AO3 is a different kettle of fish, at least for me. I mean, for example, I pretty much wrote whatever I wanted for ( ... )
