first, on any post using a picture that may be pretty big, begin with a LJ cut. PLEASE. to do this...(remove the asterisks for the code to work, they only makeit so that you can read this
<*lj-cut text="WHATEVER YOU WANT THE LINK TO SAY GOES HERE"*>

then pictures (remove askerisks again)

<*img src="URL of picture's location goes here, for example, http://www.photobucket.com/whatever"*>

To find the URL of the picture, right click on it, go to properties, and copy the "location" url listed.
