for what you were supposed to be photographing, they are very good, and as interesting as a photoshoot like that COULD be. a couple are a little too dark, but thats ONLY because you arent used to the lighting yet.. but you can tell by the angles and stuff that if you were familiar with the lights, the photos would kick ass, and they look as if a professional had taken them. and only TWO out of NINE on your first try? thats a good sign of talent, right there, shaz. you'll be FINE. hehe. youre really talented, and they should be able to see that.

for what it's worth, i think they're pretty good.
you probably just need more practice with the lights.

At least you can now say you've got studio experience. You can only get better with practice. Few get it right in the beginning, and considering you've only just started working with lights, these are GOOD shots. The first one is my favourite, and that's good by ANY standard.
