Usopp: A rubberband ball! And a bright orange scarf she knitted. Vanya also gave him a tin of gingerbread cookies all frosted to look like everyone in the crew because Vanya thinks Usopp, unlike Luffy, will actually look at the cookies before eating them. She's also hoping that Usopp will actually get to enjoy them all before Luffy tries to steal them.

USOPP WILL WEAR THAT SCARF A LOT. And will really appreciate the artistic nature of the cookies. The cookies will be hidden in Usopp's Factory so there's a good chance he'll be able to eat most of them.
