I've dropped out of the level of LiveJournal promiscuity I found last month, but I have returned for what I hope shan't be a one-night-stand. I know it's trying to introduce logic into something that might be more controlled by emotions, but how can you control someone else's misunderstanding (since if you had hurt them, you didn't intend to, and if you did intend to, then there's still not point in worrying over something you knowing caused). And if you can't control their misunderstanding, there's no reason to worry about it. If something like that does happen then all you can do is make reparations to the situation and learn from it in order not to repeat something similar Both would probably be more productive to do with a clear mind.
But anyway, if they're friends they'll forgive you especially if it wasn't intended. If they hold cheesy grudges, maybe they aren't worth the effort.
