Ask yourself this, dear friend...What's more trendy: liking "emo" music or hating "emo" music. I really like Death Cab and Dashboard because of what I consider to be great lyricism. Call them guilty pleasures if you must, but I won't apologize for my fandom. fuckin' sue me.

both your past two entries made me sigh. literally too, not just in the strangly emoted caught in asteriks sort of way. maybe they're the emotions from these entries are a little familiar is all. i think that a lot about your entries actually. is it just because these are common things for people to feel? or is it that you and i are somehow very emotionally similar, sam ol' boy?

anyway. i don't hate emo. i even like some of it (a little bit of dashboard is ok...) i just greatly despise death cab for cutie because they're absolute crap. an ex-roommate of mine was frineds with someone in the band, so i met them once... not only are they very boring people, but their music just sucks. this girl i lived with even sang backup or played tambourine or something on one of their songs (and she sucks at both, so...) and that made it even worse. ok, i'm done wiht my rant.
