Sanity check - what's wrong with this picture?

There is something terribly wrong with this. Can you spot it? Or am I just an immensely conservative/paranoid road user?

Edit: Bug downgraded from "critical" to "leads cyclists into a disadvantageous traffic light sequence".

The "important" features of the junction are still there last time I was going down there, around a month ago, so fortunately it's still relevant.
ooi, what made you notice it was old? I rarely go down that road, and when I have done recently it's been in the dark.
