So.. how's your summer?
So far, mine's just been sleep, movies, around-the-house nonsense (overlooking two events in the start of this week). And even though part of me is dreading it completely, the next week will be kind of a nice escape. Even if it means working with little brats >_

Well, I guess the anticipated amount of freedom wasn't there. But ehhh I don't know. I guess I enjoyed it, it just wasn't a step up from the year before.
Sophomore year any better?

School is school, freedom is freedom. Not much is different your Sophomore year besides a bunch of sequels to classes you just had Freshmen year. I got one elective I wanted freshmen year, and two the past, so I think it gets a little more "free" as you move up.

Aha! Nice to know. Unfortunately, I'm probably getting a lot of academic classes out of the way next year instead of any cool electives I wanted to take (Drawing && painting, Singled out history courses, etc.). And of course, our wonderful school doesn't have one good writing class.

Right now I'm helping with 7 rivers vacation bible school. It's camp for little kids. I really wanted to get some community service outta the way and that counts!
Hopefully things will get more exciting though
