So you think you can tell heaven from hell?

I'm pretty tired right now, so hopefully I am writing coherently enough.

Things have been kind of crap lately because I left my job, which leads to the inevitable fact that I now have no money. Now I need a new job, and soon to fix the whole 'no money' situation.  New Alternator + New Brakes + Insurance payment due.  I LOVE CARS.

as you said "now you'd better be working on that masters if you want to compete in the race" but we have to fork out all of this money to go to school, i mean have you read some of the statistics right? (even though they don't make much sense) about how more kids start out with debt, and many cant even pay off collage loans and are declaring bankruptcy at a much younger age... now those people to me art stupid... as you said "I have met some of the most caring professors and staff you could meet. You just have to let them know you actually give a crap about your education" but then i am of the mind that i wish apprenticeships were still popular. thats what i like about being a tradesmen i wish that there were still places that would take on students just to train them and aid with a knowledge of what i need to know, hell it would be awesome, learning what you need to know for the career you are going into... but then hey thats just my daydreaming... sorry for spamming up your journal like this... i will let you alone now...

In a way that's my point.

Why should someone go to four years of college if what they want to do has nothing to do with 90% of what they are going to be 'learning'?

I love it when you make these long, ranting journal entries.
You don't update often enough.
But I actually just go to school to learn. Well, yes, and the whole getting a career thing, but I'd go to college even if it wasn't about getting a job. Except then my parents probably wouldn't pay for it... D:

Oh yeah, and even if most of the people who suck are still at school next semester, Dave and Patience should be there so we can hang out with them + people already there who we like.
