Those are two asian recipies I picked up in Vegas. Meat Jun is this thinly sliced beef that you marinade then fry in an eggwash. Tates a lot better than that sounds.
Katsu is pork or chicken that you pound sorta thin, then coat in japanese breadcrumbs and then deep fry. It has a sauce with it and it tates amazing as well.
I really want to make some again. But I think I'm the only one who likes asian food. Well Meat jun is hawaiian, but Its still awsome.
