Man its been a slow day. This Friday is just creeping along. The first half of the day went by fast. But these past few hours have felt like eternity

My friend Heidi and I have been running around the Intergraph Lake. It's exactly a half mile, and because it's by water, there's a constant breeze. Which is much needed in 100 degree weather.
