I made the best of my unplanned day off and actually made some initial headway on my thesis design. I received a positive response to my exhibit bubble diagram from one of my committee members, though I still haven't heard back from the other two.

I'm dreading the research componant of all this. I can write pretty well, and make things relevant to an audience, but I don't want to be the one to pore through old newspapers to figure out the exact dates and times and secrets.

Meh. At least I did all the engine report things first, since they gave me a good idea of how to do a project like this.
