Today was a good, semi-productive day.

I woke up and read three chapters of Harry Potter. I had begun reading Order of the Phoenix over Christmas break and then got distracted by a thing called school. So, I am allowing myself a bit of fantastical indulgence on spring break.

I've read three Robert Asprin co-written books and am hoping that the fourth and final one arrives today so that I can knock it out by Monday, plus "To Say Nothing of the Dog."

And yet, despite that, my brain still feels tired.

Ah, you're the only other person I know that felt the same way about 300. I hold a pretty unpopular opinion about most movies though. I was nearly burned at the stake for saying Batman Begins was a bunch of hogwash.
In Japan, 300 would be called "Moral-Boost Speach Go! Go! Go! Slow Motion Battle Sequence Man-Abs Action Movie". Or something similar. -:P

Don't get me wrong.. the blood and guts and junk were cool. Just not a substantial movie.
