Congrats works well enough. I'm... actually not too bad off here, all things considered.

How have you been, by the way? Haven't talked to you in awhile.

I've been on bee-like levels of busy. Oh! But I met that guy from your home...uhm, Ianto? That it?

Yeah, Ianto. [Jack's got a wide smile now.] You guys get on all right? He came in with the last group.

Yeah, I had to double-check to make sure it really had been a year. I should have remembered, though, there was snow on the ground when I got here too.

A year here...it'll be the half year mark at the end of the month for me. [Roughly. It's near the end of August when she arrived, and the thought of being here for even longer...

In my case it could just be that a "year" here is about 5% shorter than the "year" I'm used to.
