[A few minutes after Jack's broadcast, Ianto slides quietly into the booth next to Jack and orders a beer. Words of comfort always sound shallow in times like this, and the relationship between Jack and the Doctor always pulls Ianto off solid ground. So he just sits a hair's breadth away from Jack, silently supportive.]

Maybe, for now. Until I go too. Or until you go, and leave me here. I can't decide which is worse. Or maybe he'll come back.
