so i havn't been a member of a gym since i was about 13 and all i did when i went was play in the pool and run around with my brother. i had no concept of "working out," and i wasn't allowed in the working out area. anyway i became a memeber of the YMCA again on saturday i went yesterday to work out because i missed running for soccer, and it was ( Read more... )

OMG TESSA YOU ARE GOING THROUGH THE SAME EXACT THING AS ME!!! I went to the gym on sunday right.. and i ve gone everyday since then!! i lOVE IT!!!! i feeel so good afterwards.. i just got home from it haha luv jf

i wish i felt that way about the gym. usually i just end up getting really into the show i watch on tv and stop excersising then when i see people looking at me i realize. then after about twenty minutes of working out i just go take like a half an hour steam room/sauna, so i do feel really good afterwards. but not really from working out. man this is a really long comment, i think i am going to keep on writing though. i wonder if this thing has a character count like on friendster....the other form of excersie i have - yoga- is tomorrow night. i don't think im going to go though. this is really pathetic, i think i should go now.

when i said go now i didn't mean go now to yoga or to the gym. i just meant go, like stop writing that comment. what i am probobly going to GO and do is look at mysp- i mean study for my spanish test.
