Charlotte, sarah, paris, and i all spent 9 years at burkes with her. and saw her often. I miss her, if you want to talk or anything, im here. xoxo

Sometimes people who seem to have it all actually have worse mental states than anyone. It's that perfectionist mindset that drives people crazy because what's fueling their performance is deep rooted insecurity. While he may have seemed fine and perfect, chances are that was a sign he wasn't. Why is it that society thinks it's good to push kids so hard? AP classes, test scores, colleges, high school, all of it needs to be as low pressure as possible but some jackass somewhere thought it'd be a good idea to turn up the pressure for people who aren't developed fully as individuals. Dan was telling the tutors the other day that teenagers' emotional stuff is fully developed in adolescence but that the logical side that interprets situations isn't developed until later in the 20s and 30s. Why does high school have to come now? I really feel for Jonathan.

On any note, I'm really sorry for all of you and mostly for this kid's family.
