For no good reason, I've decided it's time to get serious about this Lisp thing. Last night, I got my first Lisp function working in emacs. So, without any adieu:

(defun doit (x)
(if (< x 0) (- x) x))

Yes, as soon as we all have implants in our heads, you can send the lisp function through the mindnet, and we'll only have good thoughts!

That, or we'll think everything is a good idea, and the effect would be much the same as having the whole world getting very drunk. No traffic cone would be safe!
